What Payment Methods are Accepted?
We’re committed to providing a smooth and secure payment experience. Below, you’ll find an overview of the payment options available for purchasing vehicles from Remarket Space.
Credit or Debit Card Online (All Buyers)
- Remarket Space accepts credit or debit card payments online for all buyers. Power Buyers (buyers who meet the current Power Buyer purchase threshold) may also pay in person with a cashier's check. Wire transfers, cash, personal or business checks, and ACH transfers are not accepted. All payments are made through your Remarket Space account.
Cashier's Checks (Power Buyers Only)
Power Buyers — buyers who meet the current Power Buyer purchase threshold on their Remarket Space account — may also pay in person with a cashier's check, in addition to the online card option.
- Payable to: Remarket Space
- Accepted in person only. We cannot accept a mailed or couriered cashier's check.
When Payment Is Due
Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction closing. If payment is late, fees begin on the third business day after the deadline and the vehicle is automatically relisted — see our Late Payment and Storage Fees article for the full schedule.
Payment on Behalf of Someone Else
- To pay on behalf of another buyer, complete both of the following steps: (1) Sign the "Payment on Behalf of Someone Else" form — contact support@remarketspace.com to obtain it. (2) Submit copies of ID for both the buyer and the payer to support@remarketspace.com at or before the time of payment.
