We list all of our available vehicles on a user-friendly platform where you can explore a wide variety of vehicles with detailed descriptions, videos, and photos. From bidding and winning to delivery right to your door, the process is transparent and secure, ensuring peace of mind throughout. Should you have any questions, our dedicated customer support team is readily available to help. Whether you're a seasoned buyer or new to online auctions, Remarket Space provides a reliable and efficient way to find and purchase your next vehicle from the comfort of your home.  ### Key Guidelines for Buyers **Can I pay in cash?**  No, we don't accept cash payments. Our auctions and marketplace are open to dealers as well as the general public including individuals and businesses! **Do you accept personal or business checks?** Unfortunately, we do not accept personal or business checks. Your exact fees appear on your invoice — see our [Fees and MN DMV Charges](https://help.remarketspace.com/mn-dmv-fees?hsLang=en) article for details.   **Can I retract a bid?** Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Please review your bid carefully before submitting. **Can I pay in person?** No. All payments are made online by credit or debit card in your Remarket Space account, within 2 business days of the auction ending. We don't accept in-person payments. Power Buyers can negotiate Buy Now prices, see reserve prices before the auction starts, and get priority same-day delivery at standard delivery rates. ### Vehicle Delivery: What You Need to Know **Can I pick up my vehicle at your lot?** No. Our lot is not open to the public, so we don't offer pickups. Every vehicle is delivered. Your personalized delivery quote is shown in your Remarket Space account; accept it there and we'll handle the rest. **Can I get my vehicle shipped to me?** Yes. Delivery is required for every buyer, and we arrange all transport. Your personalized delivery quote is shown in your Remarket Space account; accept it there and we'll handle the rest. Power Buyers get priority same-day delivery at standard delivery rates. **How long before my vehicle is transported to me?**  Transport times vary. For the Twin Cities area, it's typically 1–2 business days; outside the area, expect 1–7 business days. Your transporter will contact you once ready.  ### Navigating Vehicle Inspections and Information **Where do auction vehicles come from?** We source vehicles nationwide from donations, public sellers, and consignments. **Can I test drive or inspect a car in person?** Remarket Space does not offer in-person inspections or test drives. Instead, we recommend reviewing the vehicle condition report and watching our virtual test-drive videos available on each listing. **Can you provide me with more information about a vehicle listed on the auctions?**  All available vehicle information is included in the listing — such as condition reports, photos, videos, and a free Carfax vehicle history report. If you need further assistance, contact us at support@remarketspace.com.  **Can I get a History Report of a vehicle?**  Yes — a free CarFax report is available on every Remarket Space vehicle. Log in to your Buyer account and the report appears on the vehicle listing. If you're logged in and still can't see it, reach out to us at support@remarketspace.com and we'll send it to you.  **Only one set of keys?** Keys shown in auction photos are the keys available. We'll always ensure you receive the keys pictured. ### Post-Purchase Support at Remarket Space **Where is my title?**  Titles vary by type and location: Minnesota buyers may take 1–3 months, while out-of-state or dealer transactions typically take 31 days. For updates, email support@remarketspace.com with your vehicle details.  **Having trouble with a recently purchased vehicle?**  Email us at support@remarketspace.com with the specifics of the issue, and we'll work with you on next steps.  **What if the vehicle breaks down after purchase?**  All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, where IS." If the vehicle doesn't match our condition report, you may be eligible to file an arbitration claim — but only within 72 hours of winning the vehicle or its delivery, whichever is later, and only if the vehicle has traveled 100 miles or less since the sale. Email support@remarketspace.com right away and do not drive the vehicle further.  **How long do I have to add my new vehicle to my insurance policy?** Grace periods for adding a new vehicle to an existing policy vary by insurer — we recommend contacting your insurance provider as soon as possible after purchase to confirm your coverage timeline.
