Convenient After-Hours Vehicle Pick-Up Program
Who Can Use This Program
The After-Hours Pickup Program allows eligible buyers to collect their vehicles outside of normal business hours at a pre-scheduled time, using a secure key box for key retrieval.
Available to Power Buyers — buyers with 3 or more completed purchases.- Your invoice must be paid in full before we can schedule it.
- Your vehicle must run and drive.
How It Works
After winning a vehicle, contact our office to schedule a date and time for after-hours pickup. We can only accommodate a limited number of after-hours pickups each day, so reach out as soon as possible. All pickups must be pre-arranged and confirmed in advance.
Once confirmed, RemarketSpace will move your vehicle to the street and place the keys in a secure key box — we'll send you the code to retrieve them.
What We Cannot Accommodate
Because after-hours pickup requires us to move your vehicle to the street, it's only available for vehicles that run and drive. We cannot accommodate:
- Inoperable vehicles
- Boats, Campers, and Trailers
If your vehicle doesn't run, contact us and we'll arrange delivery, or a pickup during business hours instead.
Timing
- All vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of the auction closing to avoid storage fees. Please contact us for current storage fee rates if your pickup is delayed.
- Once your after-hours pickup is scheduled, please retrieve the vehicle within 24 hours. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed and could be subject to city fines/towing.
Your Responsibility
Once the vehicle is made available for pickup, it's your responsibility to retrieve it safely. Remarket Space is not liable for theft, damage, loss, towing, or impound fees after the vehicle is placed on the street or after the scheduled pickup time.
